When I was in college, I used to wake up at 7AM for my classes. But now that I'm out of college and in the real world, I wake up at 5AM. And let me tell you, it's changed my life. waking up at 5AM has given me so much more time in the day. I'm able to get a workout in, eat a healthy breakfast, and get to work early. And because I'm not rushed, I can take my time and really focus on my work. 

 

It's also made me more productive. I'm able to get more done in the morning because I have more energy. And I'm not as easily distracted because I'm not trying to do a million things at once.
